Vendor Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities! 

• A vendor area will be set up with 6-foot tables for table-top displays. Meeting attendees can interact with you in the vendor area during the Welcome Cinco de Mayo /“Murder Mystery” Party Wednesday evening and throughout the day on Thursday. We have a maximum of 40 vendor tables, so don’t delay your registration!

• Company advertisement in the printed meeting program.

• Presentation moderator – Introduce yourself, your company, and the speaker of the presentation to the audience.

• Sponsor:

  • Wednesday afternoon Columbus Zoo outing

  • Wednesday evening Cinco de Mayo themed “Murder Mystery” Welcome Party (including the opportunity to be one of 8 murder suspects with all attention on you!)

  • Thursday afternoon Awards Banquet.

• Company logo on the registration bag.

• Donate gift cards and other prizes for the Wednesday evening Cinco de Mayo themed Welcome Party/Fun Fair/ Murder Mystery Game, to be held in the vendor area.  The Fun Fair will encourage meeting attendees to visit vendor tables. Attendees love to have opportunities to win prizes!  Gift cards are great, but unique gifts that are from your local area make great prizes.  Your company will be recognized as a prize sponsor.
